Annual Ski Trip (Bridger Bowl, MT)

The trip will be held during Spring Break, March 8-16, 2013. This ski trip is open to everyone at LILA; being in LILA Ski Club is not a prerequisite to come on the trip. The costs (accommodations, lift tickets, transportation, etc.) are the responsibility of each family that wishes to participate. Everyone who is participating in the ski trip should email us at trip@LILASkiClub.org. Please provide us with the days at the resort, the number in your party, and whether you are interested in driving as a group.
Accommodations and Lift Tickets
Families are required to make their own reservations. (There is a local basketball tournament held at the same time that can make it difficult to get accommodations. Make your reservations now rather than later.) The accommodations and lift tickets are purchased together. For example, a family of 4, skiing for 5 days is about $1000.
Several variations on the rates are listed below. To get access to these rates, call Emily Lind 800.223.9609/406-586-1518 and use proposal #17709 for reservations. Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, MDT. Space and prices are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until receipt of your deposit. The quote is based on the PowderHound Package. It includes a free night's lodging and free day of skiing for all adults. All adults are required to purchase lift tickets to qualify for this package. The PowderHound Package is only available through Bridger Bowl. Please do not call the lodge directly for reservations.
The package price is for a standard room ($513.25) and includes an “expanded continental breakfast”. There is a maximum of 4 people in a room (2 Adults /2 Children per 2 Queen Beds). For families of more than 4, an additional connecting room may be available. A kids roll-away bed may be available for a fee.

Bridger Bowl (4 Day Adult Powderhound Discount Package Lift Ticket)
All multi-day lift tickets are good for a 7 day period following date of issue. Please check the start date for your lift tickets to be sure they are correct.
Adult Lifts
Price: 2 x $147.00 = $294.00
Child/Senior Lifts: (7 - 12 years)
Price: 2 x $64.00 = $128.00
Children 6 yrs and under ski free.
2 Skiing Adults + 2 Skiing Child (7-12) 6 nights lodging + 5 days of skiing = $1047.25.
2 Skiing Adults + 2 Skiing Child (7-12) 6 nights lodging + 4 days of skiing = $935.25.

Skiing
The cost of lift tickets is included in the accommodation package listed above.
Arrangements are being sought for group lessons for those wanting to participate.
Transportation
Transportation is to be organized by each family.
Delta has direct flight to Bozeman, MT from Minneapolis.
It is anticipated most of us will drive (about 14 hours) over the weekend, leaving early Saturday morning. Of course, each family can make their own plans regarding the length of stay, “carpooling”, etc. We MAY organize a caravan to travel as a group.
All bookings have to be done individually by the participating families.
